ICDL visited and worked with Ton Duc Thang University

On July 21, 2023, the delegation of International Computer Driving License (ICDL) led by Mr. Damien O's Sullivan - CEO, Ms. Tina Wu - Managing Director of Asia region, Ms. Dao Mai Anh - The Chairman of ICDL Vietnam Joint Stock Company visited and worked with Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU).

On TDTU’s side, there was the participation of Dr. Tran Trong Dao – President, Dr. Dinh Hoang Bach - Director of the Institute for International Cooperation, Research and Training, MSc. Tran Quoc Hung - Deputy Director of the Center for Applied Information Technology of TDTU welcomed the delegation.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed future cooperation opportunities between TDTU and ICDL in the field of information technology, specifically in the field of enhancing the office computer skills of students and staff of the University to meet international standards.

It is known that ICDL is an international standard for computer skills, currently being deployed in more than 150 countries, 41 languages ​​with more than 24,000 test centers and over 15 million participants, the headquarters of the Organization is located in Dublin, Republic of Ireland. ICDL is deployed, organized, operated and tested consistently worldwide on the basis of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001-2008.
