Policy, working environment and international recruitment
Human resources play an important role in the development strategy of the University in general and in the internationalization goal in particular. The comfortable and convenient working environment at TDTU lies not only in the facilities but also in the comprehensive training and professional development programs, providing human resources with skills to practice, improve work performance and develop in their careers.
In 2019, TDTU, along with 9 other member universities from 9 countries, initiated the establishment of the University Consortium International (UCI). This is an international collaboration community aimed at promoting the development of higher education and scientific research towards sustainable development.
