1. The Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship

  • The Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship by Japanese Grant Aid (JDS) was created to support human resource development in Japanese grant aid recipient countries. The JDS project targets the highly capable young officials (mainly government) who are expected to engage in implementing social and economic development plans as a future leader.

3. Course level: Master's. 

4. Field of study: Pulic policy, sustainable development, disaster risk reduction and environmental management (Refer to this for details of study field)

5. Scholarship period: 02 years

8. Scholarship Inclusions

  • Full tuition fees
  • Monthly allowances
  • One roundtrip airfare between Japan and Vietnam
  • Other designated allowances (e.g. field trip, etc.)
  • Visa fee
  • TOEFL ITP and health checked organised by JICE
  • Transportation and accommodation fee for applicants when joining qualifiers and orientation (after passing the scholarships)
