International Conference on Innovations in the Social Sciences & Humanities
The International Conference on Innovations in Social Sciences & Humanities (ISSH 2019) is co-organized by Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and other partner universities, including Trieste (Italy), Leipzig (Germany), Warwick (United Kingdom), Purdue (the USA) and Chiao Tung National University (Taiwan).
The conference focuses on not only exchanging and sharing new research in the fields of social sciences and humanities, but also promoting cooperation amongst researchers, practitioners, policy makers and other individuals who work in a variety of institutions in Vietnam and abroad, including research institutes and centers, non-governmental organizations and social organizations.
Accepted articles will be printed in the ISSH Conference Proceedings 2019 published by TDTU. Select, high-quality articles will be reviewed and published in a special issue of the Inter-Asia Cultural Studies (IACS) magazine under the ISI list.
Date: October 4 and 5, 2019. The opening ceremony will be held at 09:30 on October 4, 2019.
Venue: Hall A, TDTU; at 19 Nguyen Huu Tho, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
Participants include experts, scientists, lecturers, and researchers working and conducting research in Anthropology, History, Sociology, Social Work and Contemporary social issues. They are from domestic and foreign universities and research institutes.
