Chương trình Ngày hội gồm nhiều hoạt động phong phú, đa dạng như: các gian hàng trưng bày quà lưu niệm mang đậm bản sắc dân tộc các quốc gia; Hội thi trò chơi dân gian; trải nghiệm pha chế cà phê Việt Nam, gói bánh chưng, bánh tét...

Trong khuôn khổ chương trình làm việc, hai bên đã trao đổi về tiềm năng hợp tác trong các lĩnh vực như Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học máy tính, và các ngành liên quan; đồng thời thảo luận việc triển khai các hoạt động trao đổi sinh viên, giảng viên, hợp tác nghiên cứu, tổ chức hội thảo và đồng hướng dẫn sinh viên.

Trong buổi làm việc, hai bên đã thống nhất hợp tác triển khai chương trình liên kết đào tạo Cử nhân Kinh doanh với ba chuyên ngành Kinh tế số, Quản lý chuỗi cung ứng, và Tài chính với mô hình đào tạo (3 + 0) toàn thời gian tại Việt Nam. Chương trình đào tạo toàn bộ của Waikato với các giảng viên hoàn toàn do Waikato quản lý và đề cử, đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng tương đương chương trình chính tại New Zealand đã được kiểm định bởi các tổ chức quốc tế (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA) và nằm trong TOP 1% chương trình đào tạo kinh doanh tốt nhất Thế giới.

The fair featured a wide range of rich and diverse activities, including booths showcasing souvenirs imbued with the distinctive cultural identities of various countries; traditional folk game competitions; and hands-on experiences such as Vietnamese coffee brewing and making Banh Chung and Banh Tet.

Within the framework of the working session, both institutions discussed potential areas of cooperation, including Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, and related fields. They also explored the implementation of collaborative activities such as exchange activities for lecturers and students, joint research, conference organization, and co-supervision of students.

During the meeting, both universities agreed to collaborate on implementing the Joint Training Bachelor’s Program in Business with three majors: Digital Economics, Supply Chain Management, and Finance. The program will follow a (3 + 0) full-time model delivered entirely in Vietnam. The curriculum will be fully developed and delivered by Waikato, with lecturers appointed and managed by the University of Waikato, ensuring quality equivalent to the main programs in New Zealand. The program is internationally accredited by AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA, and is ranked among the top 1% of Business programs worldwide.
