University College of North Denmark visited and worked with Ton Duc Thang University

On the afternoon of March 13th, 2018, the University College of North Denmark (UCN) including Ms. Lene Augusta Jorgensen, Rector/Vice-Chancellor; Mr. Peter Moller Pedesen, Executive Director of Academic Operations; Mr. David Mayntz, Director for Research and Mr. Hoang Duc Binh, Chief Representative Officer, UCN Global Office Vietnam visited and worked with Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU). The delegation of TDTU includes Prof. Le Vinh Danh, President, Vice- President and related Faculty leaders.

In the meeting, the two universities reviewed the cooperation steps that have been successfully implemented in the past two years and identified the programs that will be continued to expand in the coming years such as establishing the joint research team, carrying out international research projects; co-hosting international conferences; implementing the lecturers exchange program; maintaining periodical courses for UCN students at TDTU; and granting scholarship for students of the two universities. In particular, the two universities also discussed the cooperative training of granting 2 degrees in the field of Civil Engineering, Electrical-Electronics and Business Administration. The forthcoming cooperation will open opportunities for Vietnamese students as well as TDTU students to study in Vietnam and Denmark to obtain university degrees from TDTU and UCN Denmark, the country with high development of education and science- technology in Europe.
