In the afternoon of May 11, 2022, Dr. Stefan Hase-Bergen – Chief Representative of DAAD Hanoi Office, Dr. Berndt Tilp – Director of the DAAD Information Center in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh and Mr. Tran The Binh visited and worked with Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU).
